We are a family-owned and operated full-service home furnishings store offering furniture, floor covering, and Hunter Douglas window treatments, along with professional installation services, all in our 20,000-square-foot facility.
We have assembled a team of experienced professionals to help you with your selections and to ensure your satisfaction with every project. Our whole team keeps up with the latest changes in the flooring and furniture industries by regularly attending training seminars and plant tours. Our staff wears many hats which keeps us close – at various times, we all have unloaded trucks, unpacked furniture, rearranged the showroom, and done cleaning/maintenance on the building.
Meet Our Sales Team
Neal has been working in the customer service field since 1988. He started at H&F in August of 1995, as the warehouse manager and assisted in furniture delivery. In addition to working with customers, he also keeps the floor-covering showroom up-to-date with new displays, samples, and pricing as well as ordering stock floor-covering supplies. His experience with floor covering extends past customer service at H&F with tile and laminate installation experience in his own home and the homes of friends and family. He also has installed Hunter Douglas window treatments as well.
Shannon started working at H&F in August of 2002. She has been in the flooring industry since 1999. She helps customers in all areas – flooring, and window treatments and specializes in the furniture side of the business. Her other duties include keeping the fabric, price lists and catalogs all up-to-date as well as ordering new furniture and accessories, updating the social media sites, and helping with advertising. H&F started sending her out on “consultations” – a free one-hour meeting to check colors on flooring, furniture, and window treatment selections for customers needing a little help in that area.
Rhonda joined the sales team in September 2013, previously a kitchen manager for the school district. She comes to us with experience in remodeling and enjoys interior design and attention to detail. She helps customers in all areas – flooring, and window treatments and specializes in the furniture side of the business.
