With over 100 years of combined knowledge on floor covering and furniture, the sales staff is well equipped to handle most anything thrown at them. They believe in doing things right the first time and in an industry that is customer service oriented, they do their best to make sure the customer is getting a quality product at an affordable price.

Owners, Jeff Feyereisen and Mary Helmer are a brother and sister team along with their three older brothers, Jim, Greg and Randy Feyereisen. We took ownership of the store from our parents, John and Carol Feyereisen, in 1999. We have been involved in the business since 1982, when our parents purchased what was then Marty’s Furniture. We truly are a family-owned and operated business. Jeff is our in-house tech. measurer along with assisting Mary, who does the bookwork, as well as manage the daily operations at H&F while, Jim, Greg and Randy operate out in the field as part of H&F’s professional installation team. We have assembled a team of experienced professionals to help you in your selections and to ensure your satisfaction with every project. Our whole team keeps up on the latest changes in the flooring and furniture industries by regularly attending training seminars and plant tours. Our staff wears many hats which keeps us close – we all, at various times, have unloaded trucks, unpacked furniture, rearranged the showroom and done cleaning/maintenance on the building. Chris Gervais Chris has been in the floor covering industry since 1987. In addition to working with customers on floor covering and furniture, he also works with the local builders getting bids on floor plans for residential and commercial jobs as well as helping their customers with design and making floor covering selections. His experience in the field extends past H&F with tile and laminate installation in his own home and the homes of friends and family. He has also done field estimating/measuring as needed on residential and commercial jobs. |

Neal Borchardt |
Neal Borchardt
Neal has been working in the customer service field since 1988. He started at H&F in August of 1995, as the warehouse manager and assisted in furniture delivery. In addition to working with customers, he also keeps the floor-covering showroom up-to-date with new displays, samples and pricing as well as ordering stock floor covering supplies. His experience with floor covering extends past customer service at H&F with tile and laminate installation experience in his own home and the homes of friends and family. He also performs field estimating/measuring as needed on both residential and commercial jobs and has professionally installed Hunter Douglas window treatments as well. |

Nick Jahnke
Nick has been working at H&F since August of 1998. He started in the warehouse doing furniture deliveries and picking up floor covering materials in the Twin Cities. Although he’s very knowledgeable in flooring and furniture, his forte is Hunter Douglas window treatments. He does the measuring and has been professionally trained to install the wide variety of window treatments available by Hunter Douglas. He attends all of the training seminars offered by Hunter Douglas to keep up on the latest trends and technical advancements. He also has experience installing tile and laminate in his own home and at friends and families homes. |

Shannon Gustafson
Shannon started working at H&F in August of 2002. She has been in the flooring industry since 1999. She helps customers in all areas – flooring, window treatments and specializes in the furniture side of the business. Her other duties include keeping the fabric, price lists and catalogs all up-to-date as well as ordering in new furniture. H&F recently started sending her out on “consultations” – a free one-hour meeting to check colors/furniture selections/window treatment selections for customers needing a little help in that area. |

Jerry Williams
Jerry joined H&F in January of 2005. Prior to joining our staff he owned and operated the family farm. Working in the warehouse, doing deliveries, as well as doing the Twin Cities material pick-ups weekly are several of his job duties. He has great attention to detail when it comes to unpacking merchandise, making sure it is in pristine condition before putting it in inventory or delivering it to your home. Wave when you see the H&F truck, Jerry will wave back!
